Norske Shell awarded contract to Pro-Quip for Independent Equipment Management Services

Norske Shell has awarded Pro-Quip a two-year contract for delivery of Independent Equipment Management Services, with a renewal option for two additional years.

The delivery of Independent Equipment Management Services in connection with Norske Shell's Drilling & Wells storage locations, represents the first major projects under this contract. Pro-Quip will lead and support Norske Shell's Wells inventory right sizing program, which includes delivery of technical equipment evaluations, inventory optimization and sales / disposal for all Norske Shell storage locations.

Pro-Quip will use its in-house developed cloud-based Equipment Sharing Platform for communication and visualization of available equipment to other E&P companies.

The contract will be managed from Stavanger, with Pro-Quip representatives present at relevant Norske Shell storage locations to efficiently deliver agreed scope.

This is a substantial contract for Pro-Quip, and it confirms our leading position on the NCS regarding delivery of Independent Equipment Management Services. Over the past couple of years, inventory optimization and equipment sharing between E&P companies have been on top of our agenda.
